A Place Like No Other
The Bajo Training Centre (BTC) is located in Bajo, which is about a 15-minute drive from the town of Lundu, Sarawak. The construction of BTC began in 2014, and it is designed with a blend of professional training environments and outstanding local hospitality infrastructure.
The primary purpose of BTC is to conduct intensive, practical training for SALCRA's staff and workforce, emphasizing real-world plantation operations and downstream business activities rather than theory alone. Our ultimate objective is to produce a highly competent, knowledgeable, and sustainable agricultural workforce for Sarawak.
