I am delighted to welcome you to SALCRA website.

As SALCRA continues to play a crucial role in Sarawak's development through large-scale agriculture, we are proud to reaffirm our commitment to enhancing the online experience for those seeking information about SALCRA's journey. This website serves as a platform for SALCRA to connect with the public and stakeholders, transcending geographical barriers.

We remain devoted to our mission of transforming and improving rural livelihoods through the development of Native Customary Rights (NCR) land. At present, we are focused on the sustainable palm oil industry and related businesses, including oil palm cultivation, palm oil milling, fertiliser manufacturing, agriculture-related support services, seed gardens, and livestock. As part of our expansion programme, we are actively exploring opportunities to venture into both upstream and downstream activities within the palm oil industry.

In addition, the State Government has mandated SALCRA to take the lead in producing quality and affordable oil palm-based animal feed in Sarawak. This initiative aims to assist the Government in mitigating the rising cost of animal feed while reducing and stabilising the price of meat in Sarawak. With this new role, SALCRA's responsibility extends beyond serving land development participants to benefiting the people of Sarawak as a whole.

As Sarawak strives to become a developed state through the implementation of its Post COVID-19 Development Strategy 2030 (PCDS 2030), SALCRA is committed to supporting the Ministry of Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development (M-FICORD) in achieving its objectives of ensuring food security and safety, creating wealth for agro-based communities, and establishing Sarawak as a net food exporter by 2030.

We also take this opportunity to welcome new investors, business partners, educational institutions, and agro-based communities to work together with us in strengthening rural development and transforming rural communities.
