Industrial Fertilizer Synthesis
Sarawak Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. (SFSB) was incorporated in 2005 as the first compound fertilizer plant in Sarawak. Located at the Kidurong Industrial Development Area (KINDA) in Bintulu, the facility has a designed production capacity of 150,000 metric tonnes per year through one production line and a rated capacity of 120,000 metric tonnes per year, supporting the supply of quality compound fertilizers for agricultural needs.
Double Dryer Melted Urea-Based (DDMU) Technology
SFSB utilises advanced Double Dryer Melted Urea-Based (DDMU) technology to ensure the production of high-quality fertilizers with homogeneous composition, consistent nutrient content, and uniform granule sizes. This provides homogeneous nutrient dispersion, consistent chemical ratios in every single pellet, and uniform granule sizing for optimized field distribution.
Customised Compound Fertilizers
SFSB is capable of producing customised compound fertilizers designed to meet varying agricultural demands and market requirements. We formulate premium compound fertilizers tailored specifically to provide suitable nutrient profiles for different types of crops and soil conditions, maximizing yield efficiency.
